Rectangle metal stamping blanks - aluminium, copper or brass - guillotine cut

Product Description

  • CUT TO ORDER
  • Whilst there is plastic coating to both sides - this does not guarantee a mark free surface underneath - one side is normally clean as produced at the mill - the other the plastic is added post production - some marks may be present and need sanding/tumbling or polishing
  • rectangles in different sizes
  • picture is of a few sizes to give you an idea, always worth sketching your size on a piece of paper to confirm
  • 1.2mm ,1.5mm or 2mm aluminium
  • 0.9mm copper or brass
  • a selection of sizes has been added but please ask or order nearest next size up and leave a note with order if you require a non standard size
  • these are supplied un tumbled and plastic to at least one side only to help protect the metal - some sanding may be required on the edges and sometimes there can be marks under the plastic - these normally can be polished/tumbled out 
  • plastic some times leaves sticky marks - this can be cleaned with nail polish remover/sticky stuff or brasso
  • as these are guillotine cut and not machined a tolerance of -/+1mm is to be expected
  • all come with rounded corners unless requested

Quality efficient service and products

I have a custom size made, Holes perfectly punched everytine and aluminium protected with film which helps to protect while stamping etc, a turn in the tumbler and they are shiny and ready to go. Delivery is quick.
