Holes & Tumbling & Brackets

Tumbling is a way of removing burrs and improving the quality of your blanks surface.
In the barrel stainless steel shot, barrelling fluid and water are placed and as the barrel turns it hits the surface of the blank removing most imperfections..bit like smoothing out a river bed - selecting tumbling does not guarantee out of the packet ready blanks - learning hand polishing skills is invaluable for stampers :)
Holes punched into blanks are 3mm hole depending on blank size and metal gauge and decision is made by JSB - this is only available for customers who dont have the means to put holes in thicker blanks and makes the blanks non refundable as they are not sold unless stated with holes
