Delivery Information

We uses Royal Mail or Collect Plus to deliver our parcels for UK parcels, international varies.

International orders do NOT include customs/income tax/import taxes which will be payable upon delivery - please check these before you order - if you order is returned by customs for failure to pay the import fees then further postage will be charged. Refunds for returns will be minus any postage fees or collection fees charged by customs to JSB 

Charges made for postage include the packaging - due to weight variations in my products some items do have additional charges.

All are sent via a tracked service and are insured to cover the value of the order. Tracking is always available in the event of a claim which can not be started until 15days after dispatch, 30 days for international orders not including time held up in customs.

All parcels are sent to the address provided at the time of your order on site - it is your responsibility to check your address is correct.  If your address is not up to date or input incorrectly, it is likely that the parcel will be sent back to us, you would then incur further delivery fees should the item need to be sent back out. Any refunds under these circumstances will not include the postage fee where customer error has occurred.

If you make an additional order asking for postage to be combined - this is totally at the discretion of JSB and not normal practice - additional fees may well be charged.
